Attendance by Performance, and Customer 0

Hi everyone,

 

I’ve noticed a bit of a mismatch lately between the Attendance by Performance report, and the Performance Seating Book (both canned, non-edited reports).  While they both ultimately have the same number of tickets at the end, there’s a handful or two of tickets under Customer 0 on the Attendance Report.  But, those people all have real names on the Seating Book, and on the seat map itself.  None of our MOS are set up to allow Gen Public sales, so it’s a bit of a mystery (not yet a ‘problem’), and I’m wondering if anyone else has ever seen anything like this.
