Ticket Pack Offer for the Holidays

Hi guys,

My marketing department would like to sell a pack of tickets for the holidays that can be redeemed for any performance remaining in the season.

My first thought is setting up a "Holiday Ticket Pack" event and selling the ticket packs from this event and then having the patrons exchange the tickets into the event they are looking to use the tickets for.

Has anyone ever done something like this?  If so, how did you set it up, track it, report on it, etc.

Any insight is helpful.

  • Yes, this would be set up like a flex pass with a GA Flex house and sold as a x number Pass package. Then they call to redeem/exchange for the performances of their choice. Each pass is a set $ value, which then pays off the flex price type on the specific show.
