Good afternoon everyone! I am pretty new to Tess. We are selling a package that we have never sold before. It is a 2-Play Flex Package. It works in Tessitura just fine. I have built the package and assigned the appropriate Keywords (I believe), but I cannot figure out how to make it appear online. I have looked through the forums and gone through the troubleshoot checklist. Any ideas?
Hi Brian,
You are on TNEW, yes? If so, are a few settings related to this. There’s one in the LTR_TNEW_SITE_CONTROLS table for packages. And then at the package level itself, you can also add a piece of content. For me, I have it set to ‘don’t show date time’ on a global level, but for certain flex packages I’ve added a content type of “TN_Express_Time_Date_Display” with a value of ‘ShowDateTime’, and this overrides the global setting, just for the particular packages I *do* want dates and times to show up for.
Sadly, there is not yet SYOS for anything TNEW/packages, unless something has come up recently that I’ve completely missed.
Feel free to contact me offline as well if you have more questions- Always happy to help out a new community member!
Cheers,
Kathleen

We figured out the issue and were able to get the package online. Now we are running into a new issue which is then the guest selects their performances from the list, they are unable to see the dates and times of the performances and also, they cannot select their own seat, despite SYOS being turned on for the package.

Thanks Kathleen. We always leave those blank. The individual performances show up online, but the package itself does not. I have only been using Tess for about 2 months now, and have been trying to mimic what was done in the past? Is this a System Tables issue?
