Package Not Showing Up Online

Good afternoon everyone!  I am pretty new to Tess.  We are selling a package that we have never sold before.  It is a 2-Play Flex Package.  It works in Tessitura just fine.  I have built the package and assigned the appropriate Keywords (I believe), but I cannot figure out how to make it appear online.  I have looked through the forums and gone through the troubleshoot checklist.  Any ideas?

    In performance setup, have you checked the ‘Publish Web’ dates?  Sometimes I forget that…

  • Thanks Kathleen.  We always leave those blank.  The individual performances show up online, but the package itself does not.  I have only been using Tess for about 2 months now, and have been trying to mimic what was done in the past?  Is this a System Tables issue?
