Acknowedgements

Heya

Do you know if Tessitura records if an acknowedgement on an order has been printed?

    It does.  Under the Contribution tab on the Const Record you just need to double click on the Contribution in question to open the Detail.  Then go to the Acknowledgment tab and you'll see a line for each Acknowledgment and a Printed Date if it has been printed.

    All acknowledgments printed are recorded on the history tab of the ticketing order.

    Try looking under the tab Contact, then Contact Log.  I believe this will have a list of the Acknowledgments processed.
