Could someone please point me in the right direction of how to obtain the following information for a Show Close Report:
Single Ticket Annual Income - # sold and the income
Group Tickets - # sold and the income
Subscription Sales
Total Comps
All Credit Card Purchases
This is my first time doing a show close report in Tessitura and I wanted to make sure I pull the right reports to get the information.
Ticket Sales by Period should give you most of this, but I don’t know how your system is – if all of these types are in different Modes of Sale in your system that should work. Make sure you set it to include comps in the parameters, and choose only Ticket Price in your Price Categories (unless you want to include other income in your total income numbers like fees)
For Credit Card purchases only, perhaps a finance person can help? I’m pretty sure there are many credit card reports, just not sure if they break down by production or production season.
