Print at Home Template

Hello,

I hope everyone had a great weekend!

We are in the process of implementing NSCAN and hope to add Print at Home functionality soon. I am in the process of designing a template. Does anyone have any PDF templates that they would be willing to share so I can get an idea of what a few different designs look like? If so it would be much appreciated!
