TRBO - Payment Method error message

Calling all TRBO gurus.

I've set up TRBO - and it's all working apart from the final, but crucial, step of payment.

We're typing credit card numbers into the payment screen, and TRBO returns the error 'Payment Method for the card type not found'.

The same settings work for the TRBO Layout via Quick Sale.   I've checked every setting - including creating a new payment method group for the generic credit card and individual credit card payment methods, but haven't been able to troubleshoot.

I believe that all the user permissions are OK - payment methods are associated with user groups and user groups have TRBO permissions.

Any help / suggestions hugely welcomed.  Of course we've got a Gala event tomorrow where the dev team want to use TRBO for the first time.....

    I’d suggest that you open a TASK support ticket.  Two folks at your site should have the logins needed to get support.

     

    They are going to be best setup to help you with TR_PAYMENT_METHOD and any changes you might need to your payment gateway.
