Order Confirmation Printing

Hi All,

Is there a way to print a TNEW order confirmation?

Our Box Office uses the TNEW Order Confirmation Acknowledgment a lot during phone orders. We would like to have another option to use the same template but instead of emailing it being able to print it to a laser printer. Has anyone done this?

Thanks for the response!

That's what I was afraid of. We do the BCC thing but it is more clunky than we would like when we have a rush of patrons in line.

There isn't, I'm afraid - not through the client automatically, at least. However, you could set the ORDER_EMAIL_BCC field in T_DEFAULTS to a shared, central e-mail address and have people print them out from Outlook. Would that solve the issue?

Well; how about a nice order acknowledgement instead? There are a few templates out of the box, which do the job (even if they're a little bland). But it's worth spending a bit of time customising them to meet your needs. Shouldn't take too long and they can be printed straight from the order screen. We love 'em here - we have extra ones for donations, VAT receipts and so on.
