We tend to have a lot of seats placed on holds specifically for patrons and currently do not have a great system of tracking - each individual is responsible for their own holds. Does anyone have a solution to tracking holds placed on seats for specific patrons? Is there a way to link holds to a Patron account? Do people track this through CSIs?
If you're using a particular mode of sale, you could uncheck the box 'Must Be Paid' in the MOS setup and just create the order on the patrons' account. Then as you approach a show, do an order search of seated unpaid to find who still has pending orders.
