Batch Ticket Printing

Hello, I am still trying to find an answer for order search printing but we are now using Batch ticket printing to pull our HABO's and mail-outs.  When printing HABO's a customer may have future dates included in the order but only the date selected is being printed.  Is there a setting to have the ability to print all future tickets in a order?

    You would need to ensure that all performances are selected in the Performances column in order to get all the future tickets as well.

    We've created a list filter to filter perf date = run date for the batch set so that it's grabbing anyone with unprinted HABO tickets for today's date.

  • Hello Michele, thank you for getting back to me.  I think what your saying is creating a list than print using batch ticket printing.  However we don't create lists to print HABO's or mail outs.  We do use lists when we print subscriptions which is a different animal altogether.  I am not saying we couldn't create lists to print the habos and mail outs its just something we don't do. Thank you for helping.

    We typically send mail out for performances within 12 weeks from the print date, but we use a list filter to prevent partial orders from going out. On the batch printing screen we select all performances (including those beyond 12 weeks out) and apply a dynamic list of all ticket buyers for performances within the range of dates (relative to the current date) that we want to print. This way performances beyond 12 weeks in the future won't print unless the account also has other tickets within the range as well. Since the list is pulling relative dates, we don't have to update or change the list unless we want to change our mailing rules.

  • Hello Richard, thank you for your response.  I am looking in to developing a list where we could have something implemented as the standard for the box office to use when printing our mailouts and HABO tickets. 

    We also wait about 10 days to mail out our tickets.  During the holidays we will increase the buffer of days to about 12 days due to high mail volume and dealing with time sensitive tickets.  Would you be willing to share your recipe of your lists?  If I could get a general idea what to work with then i could tweak it to so it could work for us.    Thank you!!!!
