We had a performance last week and in order to count members who attended, but did not reserve tickets we have issued tickets and scanned them in today. Even though these tickets have been scanned I can't seem to get the attendance number to include the tickets that were scanned in post performance. Does anyone have experience with scanning post performance?
I was looking in both T-Stats and Season Overview. It looks like all it took was a over night refresh! We weren't sure if that would work since the performance was in the past.
