Post Performance Scan

We had a performance last week and in order to count members who attended, but did not reserve tickets we have issued tickets and scanned them in today. Even though these tickets have been scanned I can't seem to get the attendance number to include the tickets that were scanned in post performance. Does anyone have experience with scanning post performance?

    Where are you looking to get your attendance figures? Is it an Nscan report, Tstats, or Season Overview?

    If Tstats or Season Overview, it may just be that the job to refresh the data has not yet run. 

    If Nscan report, double check your report criteria.

  • I was looking in both T-Stats and Season Overview. It looks like all it took was a over night refresh! We weren't sure if that would work since the performance was in the past.
