Hi, I really hope someone can help provide me with some guidance. We will be renovating our hall and thus forced to perform in multiple venues. One of the possible venues is contracted with ticketing company called ExtremeTix. They are in no way able to handle our subscription tickets and my solutions are limited. Other than buying them out of their contract, does anyone have any suggestions on how I can renew/sell subscription packages by using an outside vendor?
At this point that's the plan, but we are not 100% sure whether ExtremeTix has sole rights to all things ticketing when it comes to this particular venue - that's still another conversation. Thanks for the response Nicole!
Could you build their venue in Tessitura and sell subs through you but sell some single tickets through their system?
