We are at the tail end of our next season's subscription renewals, and are looking for ways to improve the renewal forms we hand out/mail out to our patrons. Ideally, we'd love to include every bit of information about our subscriptions on the forms, but over the years our forms have increasingly become cramped for space, to the point where no one is reading them anymore.
So, I am wondering if there are successful companies out there who have subscription renewal form examples they would feel comfortable and willing to share.
A little about us: we have a six-show year round season, and offer both a six-show reserve seat package, as well as a 4, 5, or 6-show flex date/seating packages. We have two forms: one the the reserve packages and one for the flex packages. Both forms have their conundrum with space - keeping it to a front and back sided form. We do offer online renewals, but naturally, only for the reserve packages and only if they have no change requests.
