The box office would normally print Mail-outs and HABO's utilizing the order search printing. Since upgrading to 12.5 it now only prints the header and credit receipt. Has anyone experienced this issue? In the meantime. We are using Batch ticket printing for both our mailouts and soon our HABO's. This is nice except we don't have the control of subjectively printing some ticket orders. I have checked the setup but feel I am missing something. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.
