Hi Brian,

I was actually in a session at TLCC where a presenter had a workaround for this issue, which seems to be related to poorer special character support in older BOCA models. He was basically putting the accent character on a text line above the non-accented letter and formatting it so they were vertically-aligned.

Here's the PDF from the session: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/tlcc/2016/PDF/05_14_Ticket_Design.pdf

Hello -

I have tried all various combinations to get my ticket design to print an accented capital E and none seem to work.  The funny part is I can get it to print for a lower case e.  I have a BOCA Ghostwriter submicro model printer.  The font in the printer properties is set to Multilingual - Latin 1 (850).  For the ASCII, I have tried Alt + 0200, 0201 and have the font size set to 13.   Am I missing something here or is this a case of opening a task ticket?

Thank you

Brian
