Buy one get two at a discount with pricing rules

We have built our seat naming campaign into the Tessitura.  You buy one at $350 and get two at $250. Right now through pricing rules we can only get one seat to trigger at $250.  Anyone have this issue or have any tips?

    Hi Tess,

    In the BOGO pricing rule criteria, have you selected to the criteria to qualify for the rule to every 3 seats, and then a minimum and maximum of 2 tickets to apply the rule? This theoretically should change your second and third ticket to the cheaper amount/cheaper price type.
