Hello!
How do you track Renewal VS Acquisition for season ticket renewals? In our previous system, we had separate price types for them (RENA = Renewal Adult and SUBA = New Subscriber) but that, of course, doubled the amount of sub price types in every performance and the human error was high.
Do you track new-to-file/acquisition single ticket buyers as well?

Hi Molly,
We track (aka report on) the new vs renewing via Constituencies.
When a person buys a subscription the subscriber constituency for that season is added to their account. We also use it to rank their logins so they can access subscriber discounts; and since it's on the header, when they call in our reps can see they're a subscriber right away.
