How do you track Renewal VS Acquisition for season ticket renewals? In our previous system, we had separate price types for them (RENA = Renewal Adult and SUBA = New Subscriber) but that, of course, doubled the amount of sub price types in every performance and the human error was high.
Do you track new-to-file/acquisition single ticket buyers as well?

I would recommend using the "Subscription Summary" for tracking renewals vs. new. However, it does not work for tracking flex subscribers. I'm interested if anyone has a method for tracking new/renewing for flex subscribers.
