We are utilizing flex packages for a create-your-own option for the first time this year. We want to utilize the subscription summary, as we use this for custom reports. However, we are finding that the subscription summary will not populate for the flex package. Does anyone know if there is a way to get the subscription summary to allow us to populate the season, status and type fields? Or is this function turned off completely for certain types of packages? Has anyone found a work around?

Hi Kim!
Do you mean that you are using a Flex-type package? If so, I think the problem is the same that we experienced, that you can't report on this type of package as there is no base seat map or composite seat map.
It may be a different issue, but that stymied us last year and we've gone back to fixed seat from flex.

We are going into our second season of flex packages and I am not sure how we are going to track new vs. renewal without being able to use the subscription summary, so I'd love to hear if anyone has a creative solution as well!
