We hope someone can help us with this. We're wanting to see what other groups have done about control grouping across multiple organizations, the sale and redemption of gift certificates.
Has anyone got any experience who may be in a consortium/blended box office situation?

In our UCSS consortium each organization manages sale and redemption of their own control-grouped GCs.
Even though we share performance/ticket inventory with some of our partners we don’t ever sell or redeem each others certificates.
