Hello! I was toying with the idea of post this here or Technical so feel free to move if needed.
We are looking to see if there is a way for the radio check box of "Tickets-- Print Unprinted" to not default as checked once an order is paid for. We recently implemented order confirmation emails which will only be executed once we select "Ok". As of now we are having our reps uncheck the box for now. We want the tickets to print when we batch print either HABO for a performance or a snail mail. Any thoughts? I've been searching the forums and tables to see if this setting can be adjusted.

Hi Joe,
As far as I know, there is no way to default this check box to off. We do the same as you and print all our hard tickets in batches and don't want them to automatically print. Our reps have to just remember to uncheck it if they are only sending the order email confirmation.
Would be a great enhancement request, I think I'll write one up today.
