I'm trying to set up my n-scan device to send an email to a staff member when a ticket for a tracked constituent is scanned, however I've followed all the instructions I can find on how to do this, and it still isn't working.
If anyone has had success in doing this, I would appreciate any advice you may have.

In addition to having the setup correct, you also need to make sure the NP_SEND_EMAIL job is scheduled to run on a regular basis. Many organizations run this every 5 or 10 minutes during business hours.
This is usually set up by your SQL Server Admin person in the SQL Server Agent. Dale
