Hi all
We have been looking at Sales Layouts/Quicksale in our test environment.
After setting up a sales layout and trying to book a seat. An error is appearing, This happens when picking up a seat in either the quicksale tab or through the seat map)
The error reads..
Error pricing order. Cannot find table 0.
Cannot find table 0.
[basecom.externalexception.20]
When you then switch back to the order details tab (when picking up a seat via the seat map) the purchase amount/ticket price is showing as £0.00 rather than what it should be. It also only seems to effect certain MOS.
Is anybody able to help at all? (Am new to the world of Quicksale!)
