I've just pushed QuickSale through to our box office for event nights but the availability is displaying negative figures.
I have 118 available tickets in a particular zone, though Quicksale is telling me -27. I can still grab a seat though and complete a purchase.
I run a test and grab 27 tickets in another order. Come back to Quicksale and now I have -54 available.
There are no allocation codes on the seats.
Any ideas?

We experienced a similar issue a little while ago and found that running the SQL procedure UP_UPDATE_PERF_ZONE_SUMMARY procedure fixed it (tried in a test environment first naturally).

Thanks Sarah, we'll give it a go. I've used Quicksale a lot and have never come across this. Very strange!
