reservations/payment

how do i reserve a ticket and pay for another one in the same transaction?

Parents
  • If they are in the same constituent, you can pay for them both through the order search screen.

    Reserve both orders

    Re-Load the constient

Control O to access order search

Highlight orders you want to pay

hit pay at the bottom left of scree

(I have attached a screenshot from my account)

  • The attachment didn’t seem to work.

But what I mean is if I am ordering 4 tickets and I only want to pay for 2 and keep the other 2 on reserve how do I do that?

  • Anna,

Would changing the amount in the Payment window to a partial payment work? Otherwise I would process the order as far as what I want to pay, pay it out, and then enter the additional on reserve items, which will remain unpaid. Our configuration allow for both unpaid and partially paid orders in some Modes of Sale.

    Ray
