Hi there!
We are in the midst of developing a patron survey as relates some ticketing and web site questions (really run-of-the-mill sorts of surveying), but- we want to include a section or some questions that help us understand our patrons' needs as related to ability-inclusive accessibility.
Has anyone formally surveyed their patrons on accessibility ticketing, services, seats, etc. or on other questions related to ADA or equity?
