I have seen the post on deleting hold codes but I don't really want to lose the history of what hold codes we used in the past but we are at a point where we are ready to refine how we use hold codes and would like to clean up our hold code list. Since there is no inactive checkbox, has anyone found an elegant solution to inactivating old hold codes when you don't want to delete them?
