I hope this is an easy question, but is there a way to have an email confirmation AUTOMATICALLY emailed to patrons as soon as an order is completed by phone or in person? We have free events that we do not release tickets until the night of and are wanting patrons to have the "reminder" of an order confirmation in their inbox that would potentially have marketing language about the "free event" and our policies assigned to that. Does anyone know of a way we could do this? Is this an out-of-the-box Tessitura option or a custom confirmation tab?
The key is AUTOMATICALLY get this sent out for any order placed in person or by phone
It’s something we looked into last year or the year before… currently no out of the box way to do it, but it could be done with some kind of customization- most likely some kind of service interceptor! Ultimately we decided to *not* go the automatic route.

We didn't....nothing automatic. We just send it when people request it manually.
