We are looking at doing an order import of around 600 seated orders for a VIP event. Ideally, we would then like to send the customers an email confirmation for what has been imported, so they know what seats they have and what their order reference number is.
Is there a way to do bulk email acknowledgement sends for ticket orders? We are exploring doing this through a Mail2 scheduled campaign, but would prefer to do it through Tessitura if possible.
