I'm really keen to know if anyone is being creative with, or has a really good Customer Sentiment and Customer Experience Survey operating.
We've got a basic CSI report working for this purpose, and i'm assuming the best thing to do would be to develop this further to get more detail and greater scope in terms of the information being recorded and tracked.
Our organisation has only been in Tessitura for 3.5 months, and so we're still developing our system to get the most out of it - I'm more than happy to hear anyone's experiences and suggestions!
