Do any of you use both a thermal receipt printer and a Boca ticket printer at the same time?
i.e. If a customer walks up and purchases admissions only -- they get a thermal receipt for the payment and the admissions, but if they also purchase a concert ticket, in addition to the thermal receipt, the Boca prints a concert ticket.
Also... If yes, does anyone share the printers between two POS systems?
