Email address not associated with print at home order

Hi all,

Has anyone ever seen the following message when trying to save a print at home order?

A print at home delivery method has been selected, but there is no email address associated with the order.  Please select an email address or change the delivery method.

This has happened a few times and the customers have a valid primary email address.  We can work around this by saving it as HABO shipping method, then reloading the order and changing it to print at home and saving again.

Thanks!

  • That was what I was thinking. I believe we have had that same issue if, like you mentioned the patron’s account was created or updated after the order’s creation.

That's a good question.  We'll keep an eye on it.  I bet they are adding to the cart, then creating the record or email address.  I suppose PAH need a valid email address before you seat the order?

Is the email address for the account entered before or after the order has been created?
