New Subscriber Report

I'm hoping this is an easy question, but is there a report or a way to build a list that shows only New subscribers? Every way I seem to build it in lists pulls incorrect information.

Thanks in advance!

  • Hi Amy,

Not sure if this will work with your set up but have you already tried using the “does not have” operator in your lists?  I would try making a list that has the packages from your previous seasons selected in one criteria set with the “does not have” operator applied.  Then I would make another criteria set with the operator “in” and your new season selected in the value.

    Hope this helps!

    Joanne
