Hello all!
We are trying to get a promoted source to send automatically to a contituent when they receive a certain membership. The idea was to have a dynamic list for the variouls membership levels and as people are added they would get the promotion automatically.
Here is what I'm working with: Our donors receive special presales and offers with their membership. Thankfully, our donor base is growing pretty quickly, but that makes it harder for me to stay on top of promoting sources to them. I was thinking that if I had a dynamic list of all the people who need to receive the promotions (through their membership level), then hopefully the source could be promoted automatically to the new constituents whenever that dynamic list was updated (probably nightly). Is this even possible?
If its not possible, does anyone have any ideas as to how to make something like this happen?
