I thought I would share this information since it is apparently a little tricky to get a image just right for printing on tickets. I am assuming you have setup all the necessary bits within Tessitura.
Using IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/)...
1. Sized the image to desired specs (I did .5"X.5")
2. Image -> Convert to Grayscale
3. Image -> Decerease Color Depth -> select radial 2 Colors (black/white) (1 BPP). Uncheck Use Floyd Steinberg dithering
4. Image -> Color Corrections -> Brightness, -82 seems to be the sweet spot.
5. Save as BMP (to keep in bit map for later/archive)
6. Save as PCX
