Hi all,
We are presenting several film series this season, and hoping to capture information about who's attending. The catch, of course, is that most film ticket buyers show up only minutes before the film, leading to a pile-up in our box office.
Does anyone have creative suggestions for capturing basic patron information during last-minute ticket sales?
Hey Stacey-
It's not new or innovative but we present a table just inside the door with entries for a draw to win tickets to the next show. We usually get a pretty good number of names and info that way.
Good Luck!
