Hello,
Does anyone know of a canned report which functions similarly to that of the Performance Seating Book, but actually displays the price type of the ticket purchased per line? Because the event in question is GA, actual seat location is not necessary. Either price type or price amount do need to be displayed as well as a sub-line break down of each ticket a patron has.
Thanks,Maurice
Hey Dot,
Already tried this report. It only shows the patron's name and the number of tickets they have. It doesn't differentiate based on each sub-line ticket and doesn't display either a price or a price type.
I got it. Thanks all.
Hey Maurice,
Do you have access to attendance by performance?

You should be able to get this info by using the export utility. Hopefully that helps.

In the report criteria, there should be a group by field that allows you to group by price type. Doing so will show the price type and the number of tickets at that price type to each constituent, but only the # of tickets issued. No location, etc.

Option 2 – Try the Order Export Utility… and there’s Nichole with the same suggestion. Cool!
