Is it possible to set up a performance so that it is not seen in the calendar view? Rather, you'd have to use product search to find it?
We'd like to set up some internal events that we'll ticket, but don't want all Tess users to be able to view or access them in calendar view.
Thanks!
On the Performance level we use Publish Dates from the General Tab and set the end date to a past date. This does not allow it so show in the Calendar. It also does not allow it to show in Season Manager unless you select Show All.

That sounds like a good answer, thanks!

I would probably set up a separate season for that performance and only give access to specific user groups using control groups.
