My experience with Ticketing is limited so I'm sorry if this is a silly questions.
We've been doing the emails for non-subs but not our subscriptions. Is there anything about Subscription Orders that precludes being able use the Order Confirmation Email?
The other posting indicate many sites have multiple email templates. I'm thinking this would just a another template for a particular MOS.
Am I right? Thanks
You can use the same template. However, we created a separate one to explain that they’ll get tickets mailed in September.
