Only one order will Rollover issue

When processing rollovers for one of our series it will only rollover one order when there should be at least 20 orders. Then when we checked it says the rollover report hasn't even been run, but between my boss and I we have run it at least 20 times.  The other orders on the report come back seated with an "E" whereas the one order that rolled over has a "Y."

Has anyone else had this issue? HELP.

  • This happened to us this year on two separate occasions. The first time the rollover didn't happen at all and we needed to install a hotfix. The second time 90% of the rollover happened and some lines had the E error message. That time the price type that was being rolled over hadn't been set up properly.
