T-Stats - sales by price band

Does anyone report on total sales by price band (ie <$25, $25-$50 etc) and are you using T-Stats to do this? I'm a bit stuck and don't want to resort to a manual report if I'm overlooking something!

Look in the Seats Cube and try Base Price.

  • Thanks Nicole. This is just showing one price layer though and we have multiple layers, do you know a work-around for this?

If you have all your price layers checked off as base price you should see all of them reported in the header columns as Base Price. Even if you only have the one layer checked as Base the values when you pull in Paid Amount should represent the full value of the tickets broken out by Base Price.

I have some customizations in place in T-Stats to report either All Layers or just Ticket Price Layer for numerous measures.

There is also a report in Tess that will break out by price if you  are just trying to check or report on one show. I think it is Performance Sales Analysis.

  • Thanks Nicole. It looks like all our layers are ticked as including in the base price but this isn't coming through T-Stats so I'll follow up internally.

Thanks so much for your help.
