We have just finished our V12.5.1 upgrade and NScan v6 upgrade and in scanning our first show we keep getting the error message 'Event not authorized by device'.
The proper facility number is in the scanner profile table. If we manually add the perf number to the units, it will scan without an error. Door open & close times are set properly, the time/date/time zone is set properly on the units and of course this error message appears no where in the documentation.
We have rebuilt the database on each unit as well since the upgrade.
Any thoughts on what we should check?

Yes - we were still updating LTR_NSCAN_DEFAULTS and that table is no longer used as of NScan v6. The new table is TR_NSCAN_PROFILES and I needed to update that table and we were fine.
