We are wanting to put a set of seats on hold for a VIP client. We are wanting to give their employees the ability to purchase held seats using a discount code. Is this available, and if so, can you point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance for your help.
Best,
Jason Nicholson
You would have to use allocations, not hold codes. Documentation gives a good how-to to set it up.

It sounds like you want to use allocations and promo codes, instead of hold codes. I have a Web Discount MOS for allocations and one Pricetype that I only use in that MOS. If you use TNEW there is good documentation in their help system.

Thank you for your reply. I'll see if I can find the documentation on this.
