Automaticly assign seats to a constituent list?

Hi,

I am looking into making our rehearsal booking more efficient. I would like to, based on a constituent list, assign each individual in the list with an order of two tickets for the rehearsal. Is this possible somehow? The customers doesn´t need to get specific seats. It´s enough to just place them by best seating.

Anyone tried this before?

Perhaps I can use the package roll-over function somehow and just assign the one rehearsal performance to the package?

Thanks,

Michelle

  • I have not tried this. However, you might look at exporting, a list of customers with execute an output set. And then reformat the data in a form needed by order import utility. Re-import the data to create the orders. Just a thought...
