If you do your organization's list pulls and/or extractions..........do you ask your staff to submit their requests in a certain format? Does anyone have a blank "list request" form they would share?
I am in the processing of trying to streamline requests from different staff members and departments and I'm thinking in going in the direction of "Please fill out and submit this form....." type of procedure.
Any thoughts/tips would be appreciated.
