Hello all, we are in the midst of our renewal season and have run in to some issues concerning rollovers. I'm having difficulty trying to find a solution to an issue, and was hoping to find some assistance here.
There was a co-production last season between our Orchestra and Ballet. Most of the ballet subscriber tickets for this show were not pulled as part of package, but rather as single tickets at the subscriber price. It caused some issues in the rollover process, and as a result not all of the ballet subscribers rolled over into this season. We were able to find most of the missing patrons who had not been rolled over into this season. However, there are still a lingering few.
I was wondering if there was a way to pull a list from an extraction that could help me find which ballet patrons that bought tickets season tickets last year, but do not have any tickets yet for this year. The lists I have been pulling provide me with patrons who have tickets for this season, but have not yet paid. Is there any way to find the number and names of patrons without tickets this season, who subscribed last season? I appreciate any input you all have to offer.
