I am attempting to provide our subscribers with the option of ordering additional single tickets on our TNEW site using a promo code.
When they enter the assigned promo code I want it to adjust the MOS so they have access to the subscriber discount price type and I want them to have access to certain allocated seats.
When I process the order within Tessitura (with the appropriate MOS and source/promo code) the discount and the seats can both be selected. So I think the set-up is correct.
However when I enter the promo code on the TNEW website neither the discount price is available, nor are the additional allocated seats available. Is there a step I am missing?
I’m not sure you need a promo code. We allow single ticket purchases on TNEW if patrons have a package in their cart, thus putting them in the Web Sub MOS. They are unseated so we haven’t played with Allocations.
