Allocations, Offers, and Promo Codes On TNEW

I am attempting to provide our subscribers with the option of ordering additional single tickets on our TNEW site using a promo code. 

When they enter the assigned promo code I want it to adjust the MOS so they have access to the subscriber discount price type and I want them to have access to certain allocated seats. 

When I process the order within Tessitura (with the appropriate MOS and source/promo code) the discount and the seats can both be selected. So I think the set-up is correct.

However when I enter the promo code on the TNEW website neither the discount price is available, nor are the additional allocated seats available.  Is there a step I am missing?

    Hi Joseph,

     

    I think there’s a table called TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO that you might want to look at.  I think that will help tie code and Mode of Sale together.
