Nscan not recording attendance

We've had a situation this weekend where the scanners appear to be working but the number recorded as having attended in Tessitura is far below what staff who were at the performance observed.  We're on N-Scan 5.31.  

Has anyone else ever experienced this oddity before?

    Thanks so much Chris!  Unfortunately we are on Tessitura 12.0.3  and this patch is for Tess 12.1.

    There's a patch for v5.31 related to attendance taht we had to install at one point re: something that sounds very much like your issue. Please take a look at solution 77 on TASK -> Version Upgrades & Patches.

    If I recall correctly, they made a change to NScan in anticipation of 12.1, and that's what you've run into. It's a small change, and I think the HF just updates the attendance table that becomes standard as of 12.1. if I were you, I'd open a support ticket to verify, but I think it will solve your issue.
